99nonprofits: Create a beautiful webpage for Sports Replay

SportsReplay collects used gear from collegiate athletic teams and donates them to underprivileged children.

I want a very clean and simple website which clearly expresses our mission (providing underprivileged children the means to follow a passion they otherwise might not have known by providing them with athletic gear), the universities which are participating, how to become an ambassador (how to donate) as well as the underprivileged children we are donating gear to. I want very little text, a good amount of photos and mainly grayscale with perhaps some hints of red (see logo).

Homepage - I want very little text and mostly pictures/graphics which describes Sports Replay's mission, who is currently donating, where the gear is going and how it is being used, how to get involved, and some mention of our blog

Please do not use drop down menus, I very much like the simplicity and ease of use of the websites listed above, very little text, mostly graphics and not too many colors (mostly grayscale with perhaps some red)
