meliss2B got their new web page design by running a design contest:
National Geographic Talent - Media Kit Website
Check out meliss2B's Web page design contest…
We represent National Geographic photographers, directors and talent/influencers for 3rd party commercial projects.
Our website would act as an interactive Media Kit for each artist/influencer. The design needs to be minimalist, concise, efficient and modern. We are looking for 3 pages to be designed: -A landing page (which would replicate a webpage I already have referenced in the project) -An artist landing page/media kit page (this contains an over view of information about the artist which includes the following: Bio, Headshot, Links to their social media pages and their social media metrics, Links to their work (Editorial + commercial photo/video work, Speaking, On-screen brand collaborations, press). -A click through page that would include more indepth information about one of the artist's topics. For example, if the visitor lands on our 'Cory Richards Artist /media kit page, and they are interested in the speaking work we list, they can click through "speaking" to a more indepth page about their speaking engagements. This page would be that information about his speaking, or other work such as editorial, commercial, brand collaborations, speaking or press) There are no websites that I'm aware of that work like this for an agency. So, it's like creating a 1-page interactive media kit online. But with a click through for more in depth information as discussed above. It should be a cross between a photo agency website and a blogger/influencer media kit . The viewer/visitor/client will only be looking at the page for 15 seconds. So the visual style and design should be sleek, modern, easy to digest, and efficient. Less is more. I would also like to ensure that there is slight co-branding with National Geographic since we only represent Nat Geo artists. The design elements like that are seen in this website: https://www.nationalgeographic.com/pages/topic/partner-content are perfect.
Page 1) Home page (like artpartner.com) Page 2) landing page for each artist (like https://music.wmeagency.com/Music/aperfectcircle?layout=grid). The information it should include is: Headshot, biography (very minimal), social media links and potentially most recent social media postings (instagram is their main outlet), social media stats, and their actual work which includes editorial (magazine work), commercial work, brand collaborations, speaking engagements, recent press/news articles. Page 3) a click through page for each category for the artist.. then that page would be duplicated many times for each category/topic. For example if they were going to click through on "speaking" it would be a more in depth page for speaking.
What to avoid
This page is where I'd like the design elements to come from: https://www.nationalgeographic.com/pages/topic/partner-content
So excited to see how you would organize this information and make it look accessible, digestible and sleek. Please keep in mind that usually a client will take 15 seconds to look at each page to decide if they want to hire this artist. So, the information needs to be digestible.
