Modern and elegant webdesign for a small winegrower

i am a small winemaker producing a very specific type of wine called 'uhudler'. it is only allowed do grow in our area. as we produce wine, frizzante, liqueur and also jar the target group is from 18 to about 70..

the design should look elegant and modern.. maybe a lot of black like in our logo (attached) should be a single-page design, of course responsive i like the idea of having an angle between every screen like in this page: https://onepagelove.com/terminal-alter-ego
