We are targeting anyone that wants a mortgage so that can be from 18 and up i guess.
Requirements
Here is a site that i have included that i feel is some what the feel and look we want, but i think ours can be better then that.

The logo been attached to this submission, so for the colors please match it up with the logo, we want to try to stick with Blue, Grey, Gold and Grey but if you think you can make something more incredible with other colors, then go for it.
I want 2 column max, and header and footer. You guys know the drill, so if you need more information please post a message, or send me a private message.
For now we need 4 items in the menu. I'll update if this changes.
