Our managed chat service business needs a new web design.

Our company provides managed live chat services to car dealerships in the US and Canada. This is a business to business model wherein the dealerships are our direct customers.

The theme should be related to chat and automotive. I have attached some sample pictures. The color scheme should be related to the upper left logo in the attached file variation-4. The format of what we need in the design:

1. We need both a PDF output, as well as the raw design file usually photoshop PSD. This will be the guide to put all the pieces together.

2. For each photo in the design we need a PNG file with 1500px width minimum. If internal pages are going to have photos as well, then each of those pages will need unique images as well, at least those available in the top menu. We had five additional internal pages, but your new design might change that.

3. For each graphic in the design, we need both a full size PNG and a real SVG file. The latter allows for fancy effects. These generally need to be fairly high resolution, say 500px minimum. SVG files represent scaleable vector data so resolution is not as important here.

4. Finally, we need the precise color pallete used in the design. There should be a minimum of four colors, and they should blend well, or be identical, with the logo.

I just want the background and framing graphic design. We will code the content ourselves.
