MakeMoneyOnline needs a market leading design (mockup PSD design provided)

We're creating an online blog and courses that will help teach people how to make money online.

I've attached a PSD mockup of the design structure I'd like to have. You have leeway to make changes and edits but this PSD file should provide a good outline for the layout, content, and style of the site.

The site should include more green if possible than what is in my mockup. I've attached all the images I used in my mockup in case you wanted to use any (but they aren't required, if you can find better stock photos or concepts please do so).

Currently this contest is just for the home page, I've attached a PSD with a pretty detailed design mock up.

For the large links at the very top, the ones with the 'V' next to it means it will have a drop down. I put an example of the content that would be inside this in this Photoshop group: 'Header' -> 'Header Links' -> 'Quick Money' -> 'Quick Money Drop Down' (and then 'Dropdown 2' in the same folder is showing how it could function for categories with a subcategory).

We're open on the design, hoping for something better than the competitors I showed as examples.

For the content sections, we're looking for a site width of 1200 pixels or a little under (but backgrounds can expand full width of the screen)

We currently don't have a logo but we'd prefer you spend your time on the design so a basic text logo is fine. We may run a logo contest later or have the winner spend more time refining the logo later on.

For the large icons we use to showcase all the categories, you can adjust the sizes on these to not be so tall if you feel the site is becoming too long.

There are several other pages (like the content pages) that I'd like to work with you to create as well, we can negotiate the payment for them when I show you what is needed after the winner is picked.
