What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
Keep color scheme in line with the BFP logo (deep blue, mustard yellow and black Clarendon Bold font). The site will be responsive to fit mobile and tablet, the front page should have an attention grabbing style that showcases the Ben Franklin Guarantee (If we're late to our appointment, we pay clients $5 for each minute), the wide array of services we offer (a mobile warehouse is sent to your home and jobs are completed on the same day as a service call for an estimate), specials and discounts on select services. Attention to the showcase and guarantee should in turn lead to customers filling out a scheduler form that requests contact details (name, phone, email, work description) and perhaps a time for booking an on-site estimate. There should be a prominent phone number for those experiencing emergency issues. Not required, but a slider detailing coupons, specials and general DIY how-to's will be preferred.
Must feel very professional and present them as a leading plumbing company that employs dozens of trained plumbers and owns a dozen warehouse style trucks per location.
Homepage - a page that summarizes the trust and confidence they can have in our company and gently push them to fill out the scheduler form or give us a call.
What to avoid
Avoid kitschy and too much text, client likes images to sell the services and products.
