-Layered Graphics only, NO HTML
-Space for one major headline plus one or two subheadlines
-There must be a prominent location for a video
-Couple of spots for a minimal amount of copy
-There must be a spot for email collection/signup
-Draw attention to the headline
-Include the Visa, MC, Interac, Paypal, Verified by Visa, Mastercard Securecode logos
-Do not include the logo at the bottom of the current site
-No colour preferences at this time
-Do not place any over-emphasis on logos (including those mentioned above)
-Do not focus on any current copy or graphics. This will all be changed
