Target Audience: Wall Street Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) industry professionals Main Street M&A industry professionals Ultra High-Net-Worth Individual Family Office Private Equity Fund of Funds Pension Funds Late Stage Venture Capital firms Investment Bankers Business Lawyers M&A Advisors Business Brokers Accountants Business owners and operators of software and tech-enabled companies, generally Business owners and operators of software and tech-enabled companies with $10,000,000 or more in annual revenue and $2,500,000 or more in EBITDA
We would like the website to follow the color themes shared in the logos. We will provide stock photos to go behind the different pages/ window panes where necessary. We would like to follow the look, style and feel of the Carlyle website as much as possible. We think the balance between blank space, text and image (picture or graphic or interactive) is perfect and we would like to incorporate the same space / content / media balance theme. As well, we appreciate the ability to navigate the website by (1) single scrolling, (2) clicking the vertical timeline on the left, and (3) click the menu button in the upper right hand corner of the home page.
What we need: Page 1: Home Page Page 2: Our Impact Page 3: Investment Strategies Page 4: Media and News Page 5: Contact Site Navigation Menu Items: 1: Home Page 2: Our Approach (with two drop down options described below) 3: Media News 4: Contact Navigation Inspiration: we like how the Carlyle website has the traditional navigation via the three bar menu AND how they have the intra-page navigation that uses same-page anchors to facilitate the single scroll within the page. The Site Navigation Menu Items should be in the traditional navigation available on the left, whereas the notes about "Top Left Corner" represent the in-page navigation items/anchors that will facilitate the single scroll. Please let us know if you have questions/ if this can be more clear. ------------------------------ HOME PAGE Top Left Corner says WHO WE ARE Scrolling page with three key messages: 1.
