Our desire is a 2-Column template (1024 maximum width) - (left column) a narrow sidebar for navigation and (right column)for main body copy.

Currently the site attracts 4 different types of visitors. People searching for properties, people searching for a Dan Schwartz Realtor, people searching for information about mortgages and people searching for information about the company and considering a new career as a Realtor. The goal of the home page will be to direct visitors to each of four areas:
1. Property Search
2. Realtor Search
3. Mortgages
4. Careers
We prefer a clean, easy to view design.
