chenvova11 needed a new web page design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 7 designs submitted by 3 freelance designers.
This project is fairly easy because we ask you to design a frontpage and one subpage (Schools) based on the design of another website of ours.
Hexaville.dk needs to be designed, the structure of the site should follow Mingoville (found at speddatescript.com/mingo), which is one of our sites specializing in English learning.
The winner of this contest will ideally be able to offer further services (on a freelance basis) on this and other projects with us.
Hexaville.dk
Based on the Mingoville's design found at http://www.speddatescript.com/mingo, we open this contest for another program of ours called Hexaville.dk
This project involved only two pages: Frontpage and one Subpage (i.e. Schools ... see "Schools" at speddatescript.com/mingo).
All the files (characters, logos, icons, portals, locations, slashscreens) can be downloaded here or copy and paste this url http://labs.delc.dk/hexaville.zip
Overall layoutTry to keep the frontpage on a single screen and not too text heavy. Use soft and appealing design.
There are six (6) subpages in the primary navigation as follows:
1) Parents 2) Schools 3) Demo 4) Blog 5) Partners 6) Downloads
There are 6 subpages in the secondary (below) navigation as follows:
1) Company 2) FAQ 3) Terms of Use 4) Privacy Policy 5) Contact 6) SiteMap
There should also be a login box, as at Mingoville (http://www.speddatescript.com/mingo) we intend to have 'containers' or 'modules' that can be placed in rows or around the page that contain different dynamically updated information like: NewestUsers, User Locations, User Testimonials, Meet the Hexaville citizens
For example, we’ve built a short rotating demo in Flash on Mingoville (see http://www.speddatescript.com/mingo). We will in the future have a demo like this on hexaville.dk frontpage.
