First Rank Media is a marketing agency engineered for effective customer acquisition. By leveraging our extensive marketing solutions, we generate leads designed to convert well for clients and deliver high ROI. Our target audience is the insurance, finance, and loan lead buying community. The website is informational for the most part but will have chat capability as well as lead capture capability (we will design the elements in but our programmer will do the implementation) .

Our logo is a black and red color scheme. It is modern. We like sites that have depth to them but are simple and clear navigation.

The homepage needs to set the tone for the look and feel of the site. It will serve as the introduction for customers to our brand. The feel should be stylish, modern, and efficient.    On the top portion of the home page we plan on adding a flash graphic.  You can take a look at leaplabs page to see an example of where we would want this to be placed. Those elements will drive the other pages. There is a document attached that shows the direction of the site from a content perspective. The design will need to be built from scratch. We will show you some sites in our space that we can use as examples of what we like. With those two elements the designer should have a good idea of where we want to go. All pages must be SEO friendly. This is extremely important as we will be working on getting this page ranked. We welcome ideas and adds on to initial concepts to help with this matter.   In the walkthrough of the buyers and sellers you will see (the word link come  up a lot).  I want a link going to the document buyers and sellers contact questionnaire.  This will allow us to capture the people interested in doing business with us. The website will have chat software being utilized and also we will want a spot for people to sign up for newsletter.
