Gina1882011 got their new web page design by running a design contest:
Help iBesties with a new website design
Check out Gina1882011's Web page design contest…
iBesites is a tween book series about 6 middle school friends whose best-friend-blog turns into an overnight internet success!! The series follows the girls as they navigate the world of business adventures all while keeping it a secret from their parents and making it back in bed by curfew. The website we are launching is the website that the girls create in the book. It will be targeted toward middle school girls (ages 8-12) and will be a networking platform for the girls to take quizzes and find out their friendship compatibility! They will also be able to private message and post photos and writings to their private "bestie boards." We are looking for someone to redesign our current layout (attached) for the profile page. We need it to look more tech-savvy and hip. Right now it is super boring!! We are looking for fun and creativity but it is fine to use the same feature layouts if needed. We have also attached our new logo for the website. Have fun and let us know if you have any questions!
Since it is a website for girls, we love pink. Complimentary colors should also be bright. We love the look of monsterhigh.com and would like the feel to be somewhat urban yet age appropriate, like fun notebook graffiti, etc. But we are really open to anything that embodies hip and young.
Please see attached layout. We want this redesigned to be clean, fun and hip.
What to avoid
Too Busy Too Loud (too many colors, etc.)
We will be reviewing and offering feedback on every submission!

It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their web page design.

Gina1882011 collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
