On the first page you will see several elements. These do not need to be in that order, it's just a reminder for what elements need to be on the page.
The home page should convey the idea of a golf tournament that doesn't only involve skill but also about images and videos. It should be around the fun of golf. To make it more friendly we want to put the character on the page. The main action of the page should be to "share & participate" , the secondary action should be to learn more. Clicking on the learn more should bring you to the bottom of the page where the how to part is.
The background image on the home page should be about conveying the fun in golf. There will be a headline with a subheadline to describe the product. For the headline and subheadlines we will starts with
Golfans contest have fun with golf on & off the course.
Compete with fellow golf fans around the world. Share your own experiences and win prizes!
The how to part is divided in 3.
1. Share golf moments
2. enter the contest
3. win prizes
The news feed should be pictures and videos submitted by the users. It does not need to be on the right, It can be wherever you think is best on the page
On clicking on the main action on the page "share & participate" you should have a choice between 3 action
Login / register
Upload scorecard / Picture / Video
Go to tournament page
The second page should be the tournament page.
It will feature in big this month's prizes to be won. Here is an example
Under the main featured prizes should be the ranking for the 3 ways to participate with the 10 best submits and their results
The newsfeed, upload action, and a how-to link should be included on that page, but they can be wherever you want
The last page should be the profile page. There will be a profile picture , a part for the user's previous uploads and a timeline for their friends uploads or what happens to them.
The newsfeed, upload link and how-to link should also be somewhere on the page.
on the bottom page there can be their ranking for the current tournament they are participating, and their average score if they uploaded their scorecards.
