Websites-NOW.net
We run a website creation website where people/businesses can create their own website without knowing any html or programming skills. Everyone can sign up for a free trial
Anyone and everyone who wants to build a website with no prior knowledge.
We have a website that allows people who do not know any html or programming can build their own website through an easy to use interface. We want a fresh new look, logo and layout.
The website is http://www.websites-now.net/
We would like the logo in top left, simple 5 option menu across top (Features, Pricing, Website samples, e-commerce, FAQ) with smaller submenu in top right (home, login, help/support and 800 tel#)
• This projects design will be requiring a good looking logo.
• Will require a place holder for a video
• The entire top menu/logo section should use up about... hmmm lesss than 1/3rd of the total viewable screen on a 1024/768 resolution
• the next 1/3+ will have the 3 steps/video/css section with options to start a trial or test it out
• under that some icon bullets covering the top 8 points we want to make, some content/text to plug kwds and some screenshots and testimonials
• followed by a bottom menu.
We like the step1, step2 and step3 on websites like these:

Other note worthy thoughts on the websites listed below:
http://www.site2you.com/ is maybe our favorite design/layout that we think looks most professional.
We like the layout and especially the step1 thru step 4 block, it’s easy and quick with no need to go to another page for information - possibly mimic this with css rather than using flash.

we like the simplicity of the layout, we are considering a video also, so maybe have a place where we can add that later - possibly a "step 4" would be a tab to view a video

we like the simplicity of the layout though we think the colors are drab. We believe the top menu does well to focus on just a few main menu options rather than overloading. the resulting subpages go into more detail
