Medical & Pharmaceutical
By combining urgent care, emergency room and online telemedicine under one brand, iCare's Medical Centers provide Ultra-convenient, cutting edge, cost effective medical care to families in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are a start-up and within 6 months will open ONE stand-alone urgent care clinic and ONE emergency room/urgent care combo center. The ER will offer an online video chat telemedicine portal 24/7. THE URGENT CARE will have limited hours and focus on Primary Care, Urgent Care, Travel Medicine, Vaccinations and Occupational Medicine needs. Most insurance is accepted. No appointment is needed, and you can check in online. THE FREESTANDING ER will be open 24/7 do and treat EVERYTHING that a hospital ER does, but will transfer all patients that require hospital admission to a nearby hospital. THE TELEMEDICINE PORTAL will be a niche feature geared to treat minor medical conditions. It SHOULD NOT be a prominent as the urgent care/emergency room. It will act as a both a service and a marketing angle to funnel people to the center. For $49 you can speak to a doctor online 24/7 through video chat and even get a prescription if its indicated (no narcotics or lifestyle drugs like viagra). If your problem is too complex for this format you will be directed to the physical center. 90% of virtual visits are successfully managed online. One catch is that you have to be referred by your doctor or sign up IN PERSON once in order to begin using this otherwise completely online service.
We want to project ourselves as an established, modern, upscale, medical clinic. We want to create a feel and brand that flows through every aspect of our business. The feel should say "establishment" but should also engender trust and comfort. Toned down red, blue and a little black should probably work as a color scheme. I'd like to keep the homepage short and sweet. You shouldn't have to scroll very far if at all to see the bottom.
We will need 3 separate pages. One for urgent care, one for the freestanding ER and one for the telemedicine portal We'll also need the a couple more pages with the standard "about us", "resources" and the like. Locations page: Chapel Hill Plaza - Fort Worth; Montgomery Plaza - Fort Worth; Eldorado/Teal - Frisco
What to avoid
Using all medical pics. Urgent Care Images shouldn't all be medical. We want to connote a warmth. Young, families engaged in healthy, fun activities. Id like to see images that make people think "wow - that person looks like me" - or the person they wish they were doing things they love or things that look like fun. Also I'd like to add a little diversity. No too much but a few tan or black people would be great. We have a large latino population in Texas. These photos should be pertinent to occupational medicine, health and wellness, travel medicine, vaccinations, things that may lead to injury (i.e. football, bicycle riding). The Freestanding ER should be more about speed and urgency Telemedicine should punch up 24/7, "speak to a doctor now", " the future is now" etc.. The whole thing should have one feeling the way Coke sells a feeling not a beverage...
