Ecommerce and Merchant Services related website needs design

An existing site needs to have an original design that is the same vein of the current website but yet needs to be different. The logo needs to stay the same, although the colors can be changed.

This includes merchant accounts, payment gateways, and shopping carts. There is a temporary website available at brainycommerce.com. It basically is a reuse of the brainyminds.com code. We want a whole new design that uses the current logo but different colors. If you can find a color scheme that is similar yet different (I will leave that to you to interpret) that would be great. We want a similar feel as well but we do not want a clone of current website. We already have that. :) There will be six major pages so if you are making a tabbed interface make sure you can fit these tabs in: - Home - Merchant Accounts - Payment Gateways - Ecommerce Development - Ecommerce Packages - Contact Us Search engine friendliness is important so any links, including tabs if you use them, must be able to be text based. Colors: Up to you, ideally a color scheme that is similar yet different from brainyminds.com (I will leave that to you to interpret) Look and feel: Similar to brainyminds.com but different.
