sjen9008 got their new web page design by running a design contest:
I EAT FIT

Food & Drink
I EAT FIT is designed to build meal plans and custom recipes based on an individual's nutrition requirements, activity level, and fitness goals. I EAT FIT caters to a broad range of athletes and non-athletes alike in an effort to provide everyone the resources to eat healthy and delicious food.
We honestly believe that I EAT FIT provides a great and unique service but we hate our homepage. We want a homepage that will allow users to trust our site and our qualifications to provide them with the nutritional guidance that they need. We want users to understand the fullness of what we offer simply by visiting the homepage.
Homepage, homepage, homepage. This is where we are losing people. We want a homepage where people can't help but want to create a profile and begin using our service. Feel free to create a profile (it's free) and find content that you think is appropriate to put on the page. Same with our blog. We love our logo and the color scheme that we have used so far but feel free to spice the page up with additional colors. The hexadecimal color of green is #68BD0C. One nice section of the homepage would be a place for us to highlight new features as we add them. We will have a lot of new features over the next few months. Also, toy around with the idea of being able to log in directly from the homepage (form field for username and password). Also, watch the video on the homepage to see if there is anything that you can pull of there. Keep it classy as well. Not too much of that flashy stuff. The page should not annoy the user.
What to avoid
No drop down menus please.
I EAT FIT launched on Aug 1, 2014. Since then we have taken a number of user feedback and redesigned much of our business model. On December 1, 2014 we will be relaunching the website with a number of improvements to include vegan and vegetarian meal plans, more custom dietary needs, as well as making ALL of our recipes available without an account, accessible from a link on the homepage. Keep this in mind in your designs because the design we pick will be the one launched on Dec 1. Also, whoever wins this contest may have the opportunity to do much more work for us (we have 2 apps that will need to be designed). Here is a link to some images (logos, meals, juices) that you can use when designing the webpage: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/4nxfjl3wttwh19x/AAAG8yNNvmDa69CW3kO3I_sCa?dl=0
