The designer proposed and implemented sub-pages to go with main page of a new website design. Even with very little input, he did extremely well, iterated fast and proposed & implemented ideas quickly. The designs turned out really nice and go well with the main page.
How sanjeevBF started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our goal is to replace search with question answering. Our motto is: Why search when you can just ask? Our goal is to make it very easy to find answers, solution to problems, automate customer support, etc.
Our first primary target market is support deflection -- Essentially, providing automated customer support by finding solutions, answers to questions automatically so that users don't need to file support tickets.
I don't want to suggest that customers should right away throw away their search. If they already have a heavy investment in search then they could keep the elements that work best and use this new Artificial Intelligence / Deep Learning / Natural Language Understanding (NLU) / Natural Language Processing (NLP) to leap frog all other information finding needs (such as customer support deflection).
This technology works for the customer facing/external websites as well as Internal portal for HR, internal support, etc.
We are not a chat bot company but one way to try our technology is by providing a chat interface along with whatever they currently have. That way, with no disruption, customers can get to try and use what works for them most (existing search or the new technology with chat interface).
Target audience is IT leaders who want to increase customer satisfaction and reduce cost using state of the art AI / NLP for best possible self-service support.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
It should be absolutely modern, stunning, and responsive site. I prefer blue and white overall with bold modern fonts and colors but open to ideas.
Home page-- should have messaging, graphics, theme for the rest of the site, etc.
Link to Blogs, and other pages. Possibly team members, Awards/accolades, customers, etc. sections.
We have 6 people in the team. Some may share headshots and others may want to keep in anonymous. There would be a line or two about each team member.
Now, I have some some sites having it on the main page somwhere down and other sites where there is a separate team page. I wanted to explore the options in the design.
