For the colors, just follow along with the logo design: black, gold, and accents of blue.
The front page needs to have, as its main emphasis, the "Upcoming Event Schedule". You can find that content here: http://goo.gl/Mqy15h The other navigation needs to about "About the TIC", "Sponsors", and "Contact Us". Try to incorporate the LinkedIn logo with a "Join us on LinkedIn" somewhere in there. I'll upload to actual photos of the events so that you have those as well. Feel free to use small photos of the cities as thumbnails so it's easy to tell which city it is.
Just focus on the landing/index page for the first round. If you make it to the Finals, I'll ask you to produce an "interior" page template. For now, focus all of your attention on the front page.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Web page design starts at $599.
