We build a healthcare Mobile app that enables referrals to Specialist Physicians. The app comes in 3 flavors (aka editions): 1. Multi-Physician edition (enables referrals internally within a large Physician practice). 2. Hospitals and Health System Edition (Physician finder or Physician directory app) and 3. A single Specialist practice referral app (sold by Channel partners to individual Physician practices)

We are open to the style/theme and prefer a modern looking corporate theme. We have looked at several Wordpress themes and one that we particularly liked was the Impress Wordpress theme. We used that theme to create a shell for our content. i.e. the current quickrefr.com site. Another Wordpress theme we liked was called as Quentin Premium

The focus of the site is Mobile Apps for Healthcare. So any imagery or illustrations that utilizes Physicians, referrals or improving Physician marketing would be immensely beneficial.

Photography illustration or typography illustrations that we like are within the attached MS-Word document (last page).

We also have included some sample App images for you to utilize within your design.

We are planning to utilize Wordpress to build the site and hence we have looked at Wordpress themes. However we need the designer to take the Powerpoint images we have within the attached Word document and create nice looking images that we can utilize on the site.

Homepage:
The homepage should show visuals of the app with key features highlighted. It should introduce to the visitor that there are 3 flavors (editions) of the app available depending on their intended role.

It should highlight the common features available within the Mobile app (common to all the 3 editions).

It should have a menu bar and a footer.

The 3 pages (besides) the homepage are designed for 3 different segments:

1. Multi-Physician networks: This page will have content that talks about how the app can be used within a large Physician group (typically here in the US we have some larger Physician doctor groups). These Physician groups typically contain doctors from different specialties (cardiology, oncology, pediatric etc). The app will be used to enable cross referrals between the Physicians within the group. e.g. I may be a internal physician doctor and would like to refer my patient to a cancer physician using the Mobile app

2. Partners : This page is designed for channel partners or distribution partners. These are typically value added software resellers that will sell the software to individual physician practices. We would like to highlight to these partners what are the advantages of a mobile app for their Physician practice clients and how they can use our white label app to deliver a customized mobile app to their clients.

3. Hospital and Health systems: These are typically hospitals that would like to offer a Physician finder mobile app to their customers. We offer a white label app that they can use to build their own customized mobile app for use by their patients.

The site HAS to be responsive. Any design you develop needs to take that into account i.e. how will it look on a mobile device as well as a desktop.
