How Dyazbeck started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
Lows Construction & Engineering, Inc.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Underground Contruction and Enginering Contractor. Mainly focussed on Telecommunications Industry today (Fiber Optic Placement). Have plans to expand to all industries represented at http://www.mastec.com (who we aspire to be). See http://www.lowsengineering.com.
We love everything about this site. If you want to modify to a different color background of scheme to suite lows Logo, this will probably be what we recommend you do. Do not veer too far off from the way this site is structured, links are made, and even headers can be kept the same for now and we can edit later. It should have the same feel, with large image on each page, text at the bottom in similar size, a nice flash intro on the first page introducing the company the services we provide (see our services section) and end with industries we service (List all industries referenced by Mastec for now). Just focus on new design look and making it different enough and fits our logo.
See http://www.lowsengineering.com for current content which represents who we are today (a small business focussed on telecommunications industry and looking to expand to other industries).
See http://www.mastec.com for an exact peak at the type of company and website we will become (including similar design, headers, and content). We will want a template that exactly follows the structure of mastec.com template (including 2 design pages required - one for home page and the other for all other pages on the site.
Color scheme should match newly designed logo which was recently awarded. We have included a copy of all three logos versions of contest. Top logo is what we want to become in a few years. Bottom Logo is who we are today. Website should be compatible with both versions of logo, with one page using top logo, and the other page showing bottom logo.
We have included a powerpoint presentation which includes some of content that will go on the site initially (most of which is already on the site) now.
Keep it simple. Follow Mastec template and you can't go wrong.
