- Mortgage broking services - Home Loans/Mortgages Our unique selling Point is that we are credit experts that specialize in helping customers to get tough loans approved. Our niches include: first home buyers, investors, overseas Buyers, Australian expats, non-residents, self-employed, people with unusual employment types, low document loans, guarantor loans. The current HLE website is very efficient in attracting customers through Internet marketing. It has very strong SEO and strong content. Whilst traffic is good, the layout of the website is not user friendly, and is not optimized to generate quality leads. The aesthetics of the site can be improved upon which will further improve customer enquiries. Outcomes and Benefits Required • Increase high quality leads • A more professional looking site • A user-friendly and quality experience for the online customer This website is the main lead generator for the business. By improving usability, layout and updating the qualifying process it will vastly improve the quality of clients enquiring. This will allow our Mortgage brokers more time to focus on helping customers and getting them home loans, rather than spending time seeing whether enquiries would be a viable client.
Colours: We would like to keep to the colours presented in our new logo. (blue and grey) We are also open to other secondary colours. What feelings should it invoke? - Simplicity - Professionalism - Trustworthy - cutting edge - creative and innovative

It will be easier to read there GENERAL - Website design has to look simple to the customers - Website must be simple to use and navigate - We want consistent look and feel across all pages. - Professional/Trustworthy ---------------------------- HOME PAGE ---------------------------- - Layout to be redesigned - Need obvious call to action on the homepage - Reduce text and simplify. Emphasise what we offer. Visually stimulating - Limited colours and a separate colour for call to action - We want to include a video that outlines what we do/why use us. We have included a number of screen shots of this video that you can use. - Menu to be included on all pages: (Sections: Why use us, Calculators, Home Loan Types, Resources, Contact us) NOTE: Past designers have put the menu across the top of the page (see attached design as a reference). We do like this style of menu, at the same time we are open to suggestions. - Highest value pages to be promoted through the homepage. Including: Interest Rates, Calculators, Home Buyers, Investors - Include our number and a call to action to enquire online. - Include option for liking on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube etc (primarily Facebook & Youtube) - Include lenders/bank logos. Can be shown as a drop down heading. Information about Images attached: LOGO (Amended_HLE_Logo_1024x745.png) This is our new logo. Please make sure that the style of the website is consistent with the logo. We like the design that is included in the cards. LOGO CARD DESIGN (logowithcard.png). This is an older design of our logo before we made some changes. I have included this because we like the style of the business cards shown, and would like the design of the website consistent with the design of the cards. OLD WEBSITE CONCEPT (hle_latest.pdf) This is a previous concept that a designer did for us. Whilst it is good, we think it could be done better What we like: - why use us video and CTA - the 4 sections shown below (interest rates, calculators, home buyer, investor? - Image rich. - Creative footer. What we don’t like - Not good quality - not cohesive (it look a lot of separate parts put together – not one cohesive webpage) PAGE SKETCHES (Sales Page, Category Page, Information Page) The images are to be taken as a guide for how we would like each page to look like.
