Create a fantastic Full Wordpress Template for an Italian NGO!!

It's a benefic organization (ONLUS) of people whom use Dr. Patch Adams methods (more info here http://patchadams.org/Gesundheit_In…_speakers). Doctors They go though hospital to bring smiles to suffering people dressed like clowns! Our job is to bring HAPPYNESS to sick people's lives!!

IMPORTANT: We also NEED the coding of this worpress template so we will
be happy to commission that too to our winning designer straight after
the contest on a 1-to-1 project, for this reason web designers are warmly invited to join!!

COLOURS: White background like the white coat of a doctor and as as for the colour of the letters we would like bright, with colors of baloons (like red, green, orange, blue). However we would like a SINGLE colour for the writing of the logo, Shades would be accepted too, but another important point is that it is easy to ready.

COLUMNS: You don't necessarily need to use the same number of columns of our website, you can change them.. surprise us!

MEDICAL ELEMENTS: As the clowns do a benefical service in hospitals we would like this reflected in the graphics (stethoscope, etc...)

VALUES TO COMMUNICATE: As it is a GNO, the main concepts to communicate is the beauty of helping others, of charitable service and of course of HAPPYNESS, LIGHT HEARTEDNESS!!

FONT: We would like a font inspired by our logo but different, having the same style, but curvy and sinuous!!

I don't need a page, but a FULL WORKING TEMPLATE to install in the existing site.
