UPDATE TO DESIGN BRIEF:
Please note that thie entire site needs to be completely indexable by Google and other SE's, so please consider NOT using images for any major text elements like, tagline, main/footer navigation and Sections healines like "Condo Newsletter, Condo Lawyer Feature" etc... 

DESIGN SPECS
We are looking for a clean, professional and edgy Web 2.0 visual site design.
The design needs to achieve the following:
1)     convey professional corporate image –  they are “Condominium Law Expertsâ€
2)     provide clear and easy to use navigation 3)     facilitate and encourage users to learn about Ontario Condo Law
4)     call to action – design needs to encourage people to pickup the phone and call for further legal advise

HOMEPAGE
Design should use new Logo and incorporate tagline “Condominium Law Expertsâ€
NOTE – do NOT use Logo and tagline together (i.e. side-by-side or one on top of other) anywhere in your designs – this is not allowed because of local law in Canada

Include following content on homepage:

- use first two (2) paragraphs on current homepage http://www.finedeo.com/index.html
- Condo Law News: Insert text “Fine & Deo, Diamond Sponsor of 2007 Condominium Conference, November 2 & 3, 2007â€
- Condo Newsletter: use sample headline text from Feb 2006 issue (http://www.finedeo.com/topics.htm)
- Condo Lawyer Feature: use last paragraph text on homepage (…addition of Michael Lieberman to their team)
- 1-888-FINEDEO – needs to be prominently displayed on homepage as well as every other page
