Classy web site design needed

My client's business helps other businesses in financial trouble. They need a web site to help them promote themselves and to attract new clients. They will be working with some big companies so need an impressive design.

We always award a prize and respond quickly (and politely) to all entries.

I need a three-page design for the web site - the Home page, a Services page and the News/media page.

We are looking for the Home page design initially. We will then shortlist the designs and ask those Designers to produce the other two pages.

- They might be prepared to revise their leaflets and existing marketing material if the new design is substantially different but good enough.
- Please do not use 123 etc. Please look at the brief and you'll see that their name is One2Three etc.
