We represent international nurses who want to come to Canada to work as highly quaslified care aid workers in extended care facilities, palliative care facilities etc. These facilities cater to people who want to live ina comminity type facility as they get older,but woth some independence etc. They can also be called (politically incorrect) Retirement homes, or Old Folks Homes. The site must appeal to the people who MANAGE these homes / facilities. Professional, no nonsense, sedate, respectful, serious but not too serious etc. Think of a place where you would be happy for your partents - to live in. Caring - safe - enjoyable - active - etc. The website must appeal to the management of these places. They are managed by corporations, family business etc.

The home page must act as our brochure. It must outline what we do, our professional ethics, our thoroughness in screening our clients - as the future employees of the care facilities. The site will also include a brief CV of the people involved in CRMG, our process and procedures, a prfessional image. The site must show what we offer, the quality of our clients, the benefit offered by CRMG to the prospective employers, contact information etc.

Be creative and keep your parents or, more likely, your grandparents in mind as an inspiration for the types of places you would feel comfortable with fora last home for your relatives and the types of people who would look after them
