Martin8742 got their new web page design by running a design contest:
Campaign site for libertarian political candidate
Check out Martin8742's Web page design contest…
Sofia is a political candidate. This is her campaign website, for publishing her views, communicating with voters etc. The target group is mostly young, intelligent, nerdy people with libertarian values, especially young entrepreneurs.
Clean and simple, almost minimalistic. Very clear navigation and site overview is important! The color of Sofia's political party is green. Light blue is generally associated with libertarian ideals in this country, so that might be appropriate. Sofia's personal favorite colors are deep purple, warm mustard yellow and turquoise. Feel free to experiment!
Front page/blog. Navigation/overview (i.e. links to subpages/posts). Feeds from Twitter / Facebook.
What to avoid
If you can implement the design by modifying a Wordpress theme, that would be a big plus!!
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Web page design starts at $599.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their web page design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
Martin8742 collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Tiffany is an inspired designer and a highly professional, conscientious collaborator who brings so many skills to the table. Her expertise was valued at every step of the project: from color to type to thinking through user interface, interaction and animation, and giving the whole design the “x factor” that comes only from really arriving at a deep understanding of the brand, the audience, and the strategic goals. I’ll look forward to our next chance to work together.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
