Vancouver Cleaning

We want a 2 page design for a cleaning service website focused on home & small office cleaning services.

The homepage should have a form (for leads) and/or a few forms to generate leads. Large phone number.

Good "Web 2.0-3.0" design that feels/looks like an app. Simplicity but good design.

Similar, but not a copy of, https://www.homejoy.com/

The design elements on this site that I like are the focus on call to action, large images, sections (how it works, news/press bar, testimonial, etc..)

The point of the website is to drive leads and phone calls.

Again, similar to homejoy.com. Something fresh, simple and modern.

Large, clean, images.

Feels/looks like an app.

Large-r text, simple to read and understand.

Several calls to action (forms, etc).

Colors should be light, fun, not really geared towards business (more consumer focused).

Go through new/modern sites such as:
Uber.com (very good)
homejoy.com, iamexec.com, handybook.com.

While we have a general idea, we really encourage free-wheeling, new ideas and design. So use this only as an outline:

1) Homepage: This page, while being a homepage, will have similar elements to a landing page. We want several calls to actions (quick form: Name, Email, Phone, Type Of Clean Dropdown/picklist & Large phone number above & below fold). We want a fairly lengthy (scrolling) page with several sections: Top of page image + form + large text, Press Bar (press/news logo images), How it works (with like a 1-2-3 steps and images), Testimonials & Guarantee, Google Map image of city (Vancouver & surrounding), Clean and simple footer. Sharing options (FB/Twitter/Email to friend)
2) Landing Page: This page should be "another take" on the homepage. A bit shorter and more succinct. Should include a map image for location as homepage does. No footer/option to click away. Should be areas to put in bit more content and different headings for PPC/SEO. Should be a simple form, same as homepage, and phone numbers displayed. One of the "sections" can have buttons a visitor can press for "Move in/Move out Clean", "Deep Clean", "Weekly Clean", "Biweekly Clean" and "Monthly Clean". Try to use trust factors (press/news logos, guarantee image, industry logos (CSSA/ARCSI/ISSA/BBB) maybe?
3) Article/Blog Page: This would be purely for blogging and SEO/articles. We would also like to have a simple form in a sidebar. Phone number should be obvious. Should be more white space/room for content. Footer same as homepage. More of a background image/image that surrounds the text. Call to action at bottom of the page= Button for "Instant Quote" before footer. Or something similar.
