What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
Clean, Attractive. I leave it to the designers to Amaze me. I will also provide details that are somewhat in dept to initially qualified Designers.
Page descriptions
First please design the home page, You can take a look at the different exchanges that are running and see what would work best. Will appreciate no picture of people but animation or simple front first fold could work.
