Been working online since the last 10 years, setting up joint web services projects with the press, when operating some on my own.

Entrepreneur starting their businesses, lawyer, accountants or sollicitors doing this on the behalf.

The beta test site de be designed is http://www.alj.visual-craft.com/

Do not copy the model, and feel free to reinvent it.

Two layout must be designed:

1. The home page,

2. The general layout for other pages (most pages are the same, proposing a form to be filled up in order to submit a public notice for publication in a newspaper).

The aim is to find a fine combination of seriousness and pleasantness, making the user secure and comfortable to use the site (feedback are 4,5 out of 5), while making the user's experience using the site pleasant

It has to be innovative, creative, pleasant and fun to see and use.

- I need design of the two layout
- I need to know how fast could you deliver once approved?

NB : The general design can have a slight "Cartoon like" effects.
