Need Web 2.0 (look/feel) Review Page

We are looking for a brand new review page with collapsible content. The page would clearly show the program, it's status (are they a good / bad program), it's complete review, a graphic of their homepage (linkable), and a comments section. Additionally, the page should have a list (somewhere) of all programs we list.

We are looking for an easy to read review page with collapsible content. The page should have the following:

1. A list of programs available (much like the list of programs on the homepage of affiliateguarddog.com).

2. A review of the program itself (Can see a poorly styled review here: http://www.affiliateguarddog.com/fo…html?t=148

3. A comments section (much like you would see at: http://digg.com/apple/TechTool_Pro_…re_bundle)

4. Digg-Like 'Digg It' graphic

{All coding for comments and 'Diggs' will be done by me with the styling of the template}

This new template should ONLY use the header of the current site (full source can be provided for the current template when a design is chosen). The look and feel should be created by you with web 2.0 & simplicity in mind. Please involve ALL items above and be very creative with the separation of items and the general look.
