Quick Contest: Simple Landing Page Design (2 Similar Pages + a few logo images)

We sponsored a contest on SP not long ago, and declared a winner. The winner stopped responding after they said they were done with the product, and never sent us any files. Because of this we are relisting.

Step 1) You need to duplicate & code this (maybe even enhance if you can) http://www.findyourartschool.com/co…/page1.jpg
Title text needs to be changeable, and overall the design needs to be expandable (vertically)

Step 2) You need to design (with similar look/feel as Step 1) something like this design: http://www.allartschools.com/featur…n_schools1
With the side categories ( on the left column ) taken from findyourartschool.com

Step 3) You need to create the small images used on each landing page you've designed for each school visible on http://www.findyourartschool.com/findaschool.php (keep in mind many are duplicates)
