Looking for a blueish themed web 2.0 design that utilizes CSS and html. Must have good navigation for search engine presence(no javascript nav menus). I need to be able to add content and update the site regularly so simple templates are desired. It will also need a home page template, an about us page template, and an article page template. Table-less design is a plus. Please try to incorporate the site name and tagline into the logo. Thanks for looking!
