Dear Designers,
We would like to welcome you to once again another Standup Media Contest with yet again a 100% Guaranteed Winner !
We are hoping to launch a new website where people would be able to watch Tv Episodes Online for FREE.
We would like the colours to be a light blue and white but this can be changed just as long as the design looks good. Feedback will be given asap to help make you make the changes quicker etc...
We have had a look at other sites offering the same service will be and below is a link to a site that we like the design of and would like you to work on somthing towards that:

All we need from you is a just a coded html file of the design and the PSD file.

Design Details:
Would like the design in a light blue colour and white and a design like the link shown above but dont make it look exactly the same etc...
We need you to make a home page and a small design for when people watching a tv episode(which will be in a new pop-up).
The must be a place on each design for an advertisment.
The name of the site will be called TvShout.co.uk
Design size will be 1024px

I dont mind any changes being made jsut aslong as the design looks good. (we are open minded)
