Makeover Needed for Legal/Real Estate Site

LegalHomeForms.com provides real estate forms and contracts for landlords, or people selling their homes for sale by owner.

The new design should be based on the new logo.  If you feel the colors need to be changed you can do that.  I also have a current software box design but it won't match the new site Software Box.  I would like to keep graphics to a minimum, if any graphics are used I would like it to be a software box.

Navigation is a big issue with the current site.  I would like the navigation to be on the top and along the bottom.  The navigation for all pages should be:

Home (index.htm)
Forms List (list.htm)
Sample Form (sample.htm)
Order Forms (order.htm)
Contact Us  (support@legalhomeforms.com)

On the right hand side, I would like to keep all forms links, ie (quit claim deed, real estae sales agreement, etc) I would prefer that all those links be on every page as well.

The example box on the current site can be scrapped.  It does not contain any links and is just wasting space.

On the left hand side, the links will be different on the home page than on all the other pages.  I have more links on the home page, and I don't need them on every page.

Also needed: a Satisfaction Guarantee Symbol to match the site, I want something that will blend in and not look generic.  This symbol should be near the payment buttons/links.  I would also like a button for paypal and one for clickbank so that visitors have a choice of paying, one option for paypal, and the other should say payment by credit card.  These should be on everypage.

All content & page names will remain the same.  I am open to any creative suggestions!
