We want to update the top header section of our website. We would like a professional look. We are reasonably happy with our current logo. We like the idea of having an Australian Map included in the top section. We don't like our links or drop down menu design. We think the site is very bland. We are looking for a more modern look and feel.

The design needs to be completely original, with no clip art or copies of any kind. We will need the complete unconditional rights to the finished product and will need the winner to provide these rights and a guarantee of originality in writing.
