Design needed for entertainment media site
Runilo needed a new coded website design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 15 designs submitted by 4 freelance designers.

Summary
As we are developing a new entertainment media site, we need a design that has an egde over the competitors. We're looking for a design that is simplistic, yet, with an edge to it.
This media site will be marketed when finished in hopefully a few months, and we're going for top 10 rankings in Google.
We will not cancel the contest.

We need a design that loads fast, but with some colors and curves. Not too much coloring though.
We tried designing the site ourselves, but gave up pretty soon, as we soon realized that designing is not our strong side. We are PHP programmers. You can see by looking at http://www.thehumorpage.com, what our basic idea was with the design.
On the front page we will show 10 of the newest videos with description, 10 of the newest pictures with description and some random wallpapers. Just ignore the colors and everything that we have chosen. Nothing that we have done ourselves is meant to be permanent. We just tried things out. Other things that will be shown on the front page are:

Simple newsletter submission to recieve the newest videos and pictures by mail.
You can try playing around with Most viewed videos this week, but only if you think it fits the design.
Maybe something like Most popular categories, such as Accident videos, Extreme videos, fight videos. etc...
We do not have a logo yet, so feel free to do whatever you want.
We do not require that you also design the page that plays the videos and the one that shows the selected picture, but it would be a very big plus. However, should you work on the page that playes the video, we would like that page to include the following:
