Coded Wordpress Theme Required - Poker / Web 2.0

I need a coded poker Wordpress theme which has a "Web 2.0" feel to the design.

The theme is going to be made for general free release by me so any images used must have the correct **extended use licenses**. I have two such images you can use if you don't have any of your own.

I need a coded Wordpress theme which is based on a poker theme but also has a distinct "Web 2.0" feel about it.

My research has shown that clean, Web 2.0 type themes get the most downloads and I am a big fan of the following:

I really like the themes at http://www.briangardner.com/themes and he has had a *lot* of downloads.

I especially likes how he "tucks away" the auhtor backlink toward the bottom of the theme, perhaps much less likely to have it deleted there?
