Pipe Perfection Plumbing
We make life easier for home owners by solving even the most complex plumbing, drainage, gas or roofing problems by sending out polite, professional and knowledgeable plumbers when they need us. We work in the inner west and eastern suburbs of Sydney, Australia
We would like a twitter background image that is sits well with our current branding elements. This is the company web site (http://www.pipeperfection.com.au) and facebook page http://www.facebook.com/pipeperfectionplumbing . We are about to undergo a major change with the web site so you don't need to try to exactly match its style.
I like the idea of a patterned background (but am happy to explore different ideas too)
We need to introduce the 'human element to it as I think people want to know they are dealing with real people. (we have a lot of photos taken of our plumbers that can be supplied)
I would like advice as to what to use for our profile pic - the logo? our guarantee symbol? or should we illustrate a person/people? and then, if we don't use the logo, how best would we feature the logo in the background.
We need to share our key information with people: phone number, email, blog and what we do
I would love to see if/how illustrations could be used to bring in some personality because this could be seen as an impersonal company account. We have funkier look than most other plumbers in Sydney and we talk a lot about making our our customers happy and being friendly but yet we want to come across as trustworthy and knowledgeable.
Everything you need including a style guide, logos, photos are at http://www.box.net/shared/6d5m8iylc3
Our target audience are usually people in the 30 - 40s, they are often women, and sometimes stay at home Mums with young children. They are spread across the inner west suburbs of Sydney which has an eclectic population of students, professionals, professionals, couples and families. People are very interested in renovating because the homes in this area tend to be beautiful old Victorian terraces and freestanding houses (that often haven't been renovated since the 70s
