L2P Enterprises got their new twitter background design by running a design contest:
Retail Therapy needs a new twitter background
Check out L2P Enterprises's Twitter background design contest…
Retail Therapy is an online community focused on the handcrafted / unique items and the companies that create them. The "big brands" aren't ignored by any means, though! Many of the products that are discussed here are in the realm of bath, body, and beauty, as well as home fragrance.
What's your vision?
We're looking for a new Twitter background design. Right now we just use a fairly generic background from twittrbackgrounds. Our twitter background must have our logo & the site URL (http://www.retailtherapy.org) on it. It should also have the URL to our facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/retailtherapy.org). It should have our shopping diva as well. We are in the middle of re-designing the CSS because it's not quite cross browser. She is not required - if all you want is to put her in the avatar image, that's coo. Our website has a white background with shades of color pulled from the shopping diva. We would like the branding to be consistent with the color palette, but the twitter background doesn't need to be Plain Jane just because the site is!
We do not prefer a tiled background. We prefer a fade-to-color effect, but a well designed extended profile might not need that effect to be successful. Designs must work on a variety of resolutions - tablets, small laptops, large desktop monitors. Anything that does not work with a 1280x800 resolution will be eliminated.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets.
