Roseannedmiston got their new t-shirt by running a design contest:
Winston's Humidor needs a new t-shirt design

Winston's Humidor is a small family owned cigar store and lounge. We specialize in boutique cigar brands, and try to differentiate ourselves from other cigar stores by offering a refuge for cigar enthusiasts complete with inviting leather chairs, multiple HDTV's, cigar lockers and complimentary coffee. Our tag line is "Escape with a Cigar."
What's your vision?
The Winston's Humidor mascot and logo is that of a boxer (dog) on a cigar band. We are lovers of the breed, and own 2 boxers who are known by our customers, so it is important to us to maintain the boxer identity in the design, and not misrepresent the dog as a bulldog or pitbull. We are interested in a t-shirt design that can show the boxer head with a lit cigar in his mouth, either facing sideways like the current profile we have, or even looking forward. We would like to focus on the head and chest of the dog and not a full body, and if a dog collar is shown, please reference the 'W' initial. The dog should not look like a cartoon character, although it can be designed showing some emotion - smiling or smirking with the cigar in its mouth, a raised mischevious eyebrow, lip snarl, etc. We want it to be fun. We would like to keep the image within a circular frame, and in that circle have the phrase SIT STAY SMOKE - centered in it. SIT starting on the left side around (maybe at the 9 o'clock position moving up), STAY on the right (maybe ending at the 3 o'clock position) and SMOKE centered at the bottom (6 o'clock) . The positions don't need to be exact as long as they look centered. Our goal is to play on the familiar dog commands - Sit and Stay while conveying that our store is somewhere where cigar lovers can Sit, Stay, and Smoke comfortably. While we like the current color schemes used in our existing logo, including brown, burgundy, and a pale yellow, we are open to exploring new designs and themes and would appreciate creative details and touches to make our t- shirt design standout. We are attaching our color logo, along with a black and white variation of the dog which we have used on the backs of some shirts. We anticipate that this new design would be on the front of t-shirts, possibly with a smaller boxer on the back.
We are excited to start this project, and look forward to seeing all of the submissions. We are hopeful that we will find the perfect design, and forge an ongoing relationship with a designer who can create other seasonal and promotional t-shirt designs for us. We would like to see our brand grow, and use our boxer in various other costume themes, similar to the Big Dog Company's t-shirt campaigns.
