Decibels got their new t-shirt by running a design contest:
We need a t-shirt design for Stink Week!
Check out Decibels's T-shirt contest…
Colorful and fun, stinky, smelly, and appropriate for wearing in a school setting. We'd like to incorporate our Stink Week logo if possible. It needs to be appealing to a wide range of kids from grade school to college, so it can be neither too childish nor too adult.
We are the Decibels Foundation (www.decibelsfoundation.org). We are running a fundraising event to help kids with hearing loss called Stink Week. For Stink Week, participants agree to wear the same shirt every day for a week or until they reach their fundraising goal. This shirt design is the shirt that hundreds of kids will be wearing for that week. You can learn about stinkweek at http://www.stinkweek.org. We want the following text on the back of the shirt: I’m making a stink about hearing loss. I am going to wear this same shirt every day until I reach my fundraising goal. I need your help! www.stinkweek.org On the front we would like a slogan. We've come up with a list. Any one of these would work: Help me! I stink! I stink! Please help! Sorry. That was me. I stink. Smell that? It’s me! I stink for a reason! You’re right. I stink. I stink because I care! Yes, I was wearing this same shirt yesterday. Any other creative slogans you can come up with would be welcome as well.
What to avoid
Don't be boring! Also, stinky, sticky, and/or smelly is good, dirty or offensive is not. This has to be a shirt that kids want to wear and teachers and parents will happily allow.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. T-shirt starts at $199.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
