cbromson got their new t-shirt by running a design contest:
Retro vibe t-shirt for a cool victim services program. Batman light?
Check out cbromson's T-shirt contest…
To start, maybe try a Batman light type thing. We would love a retro vibe, and are open to all sorts of ideas. Maybe it's a take on our logo mixed into or augmented by some other graphics, maybe it's illustrated, maybe it's some cleverly placed lines in great colors. We're in NYC, so allow yourself to be inspired by a classic skyline, graffiti or even better the 70s subway maps maps below. We were established in 1977, so you're welcome to incorporate that (est. 1977, born 1977, etc.) if it feels right. Would like to avoid a single and centered graphic element. The world is your oyster, and we can't wait to see what you do. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or thoughts.
As long as it's magnificent, we have no specific requirements. The font we use for materials is Gotham, but this design need not use that font. You're welcome to incorporate the name Crime Victims Treatment Center, or CVTC, or the tagline "we're here to help". Please also work in our logo, but feel free to change the color of it or get loose with its style.
What to avoid
Anything violent, gross or that could be read as insensitive.
