I project manage the block

I want something that will appeal to urban hip hop youth. I Project Manage the Block is intended for those who live on the outskirts of society hustling and making money within their own means, surviving on the land in which they live, without a 9 - 5 and the common security provided by a typical job. It can be text and images. I imagine something with building blocks and money (100 bills with blue stripes if possible). Use a elephant with a crown perhaps and make the words of the building blocks match jewels in crown or something of that nature. Use images of money, specifically bills with the blue stripes. Please be creative with font. I like water color fonts used by tattoo artist. If you check instagram there are plenty of water color tattoo type of elephants but I want something with a crown. Maybe the building blocks can spell out project manage the block but again please be creative.
