Andrew Ormes got their new t-shirt by running a design contest:
"Too Much Head" Vintage Bowling T-Shirt - Multiple Winners Possible
Check out Andrew Ormes's T-shirt contest…
Retro bowling style t-shirt. The term I want used on the shirt is "Too much head". The term "too much head" is a double meaning. Obviously referring to the bedroom but it's actually about bowling. Bowlers say too much head when they hit the front pin (the head pin) too much in the center. You might want to play on the double meaning but I don't want it to be too dirty or raunchy but very relevant to bowlers since that's who will be buying it. Maybe just the text is enough. I would like to have a bowling ball hitting the front pin which is the head pin. Maybe you could incorporate the lane into the image. Here is the typography I like: http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/236x/22/53/a3/2253a3f71b74ec9498f14aa09e951e98.jpg ^^ I quite like the layout too. It's also attached in the images Saying all that, if you think you have some creative flair or idea that beats mine then go for it by all means. I am open to other ideas.
**If I have not given you enough direction please let me know** This is for ten-pin bowling players. I want a design that looks good on black/navy. Something fun, but it has attitude. I like the biker type style design (see attached images). White text, maybe a red color for the stripes on the neck of the bowling pins. The term "Too much head" to be the typography on the shirt. I want the design on a black t-shirt with white writing and red incorporated into it.
