HBS girls needs a new t-shirt design

HBS girls

We are a group of friends whose friend Denise Neish has stage 4 breast cancer. We are on "Team Denise" and need a t shirt to prove it!

We want a t shirt that we can wear when we go running.

Our group of friends wants to commemorate Denise Neish, who is in her thirties with stage four Breast Cancer. A former champion collegiate runner, she is a physically and mentally strong mother of four. She has famously said she wouldn't "wimp out" on this disease.

We want a t shirt designed which we (and all her associates male/female) can each wear as we meet up to run a marathon to show our support for Denise as she battles Cancer. Many of us will meet up for one event but there will also be runners all over the country and world, participating in our respective local cancer run events and documenting our shirt wearers with photos to lift Denise's spirit.

No black t shirts please. Want a unisex shirt so go easy on the pink.

Thoughts include: Team Denise, I wear light pink for denise, Team D (a large D shape "wordle" with 50 or so specific cities listing where her supporters originate). All these phrases would be made more interesting with artistic, bold letterpress-like fonts.
RE: two tone pic of Denise downloaded file, which could be altered lighter, darker, cropped in....and incorporated with some kind of typographic team denise writing.
RE: I wear light blue for my dad downloaded file. If all you did was copy this and adapt for Denise it would be a strong contender.
RE: big question mark with writing....could make this a big D and add cool fonts with a bunch of cities across the states and the world, making some fonts bigger and some smaller (i.e. salt lake, boston, seattle, tel aviv, zurich, houston, plus 20 or so others)
RE: world image file. Could put team denise on there with the world and usa in slightly better view...we could put little dots in various places of the states and also the UK, switz. and Israel if visible to indicate her supporters.
