How The Jay Jay Guy started their t-shirt journey

To be used on

  • Boys
  • Girls

What colors do you want to see in your design?

Flexible, but keep in mind you're designing for high school kids ages 16-18.

What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the t-shirt?

These t-shirts should be designed to appeal to teen aged boys and girls, ages 16-18. They will actually wear the shirts on our "build days" at the worksite and at school during the week.

For inspiration, please go to and look at all the photos, watch the videos and read about this very special project.

Clothing or apparel to design

Not specified

This design is for a t-shirt, either short sleeve or long sleeved (your choice). Please use no more than 4 spot colors (no 4-color process, please). Also feel free to create a design that looks great in only 1 color (white design on a colored t-shirt).

The following words must be included in the primary design on the FRONT of the t-shirt: 2013 St. Mark's and Hockaday

We also need to list the families who are financially sponsoring this project on the BACK of the t-shirt. I've attached a PDF with the precise categories and names that need to be creatively integrated into a nice design.

Be sure to specify your recommended t-shirt color and display your design on that color. And as a special bonus, we'll also send a few finished t-shirts to the winner of this design contest so that you'll see the finished product!
