Design the T-shirts F2.NET will wear for Tech Talks!

It will be our company t-shirt to wear in events (tech talks). We are http://www.f2.net, a web apps development company based in Italy. We'd like the t-shirt to be a bit colorful (not all white with just the logo) and easily recognizable. I'll use it when speaking at tech (React.js) talks too. I attach also a vector file of a banner we made, if it can be useful. I'd like the t-shirt to be our blue so that it is more recognizable, but our logo is blue too... and maybe it's difficult to find a t-shirt with the right blue, so I think it should be white in the end. It should be printable by transfer.

I'd like to have our logo at the heart, with below the person's role in company (i.e UX designer, Front-end developer, etc...). Somewhere we could put our slogan "Fast thinking people", or maybe something like "I develop beautiful web applications" :) Somewhere we should put our website URL (www.f2.net). Maybe on the sleeve? On the back?
