Design Global Underwater Explorers 20th Anniversary t-shirt

Simple yet exciting, trendy, Something that says elite or a step above the rest. Ideally should feature 1-2 illustrations of divers using our photos. More can be provided. A team of divers should be included and possibly some underwater environment like a wreck, reef or cave. There is a brand standards guide in our media to help guide font choices and logo use. There is malleability for this project though. Something throwback is possible, like 90s divers and newer styled divers together. Shirt can be photo-based or fully illustrated. www.gue.com, facebook.com/guehq and Divegue.tv or search Global Underwater Explorers. Average buyer age will be 35-55, predominantly male, but we have a growing female population. We have members in nearly every continent. We are a small non-profit with a global reach and want to make a giant splash for the big milestone.
Logo should be included somewhere, either in the primary design, the sleeve or offset somewhere. Can be with black or white text. Can also be used as a single color. We have a GUE Large letter logo that could possibly be incorporated. There must be a showy reference to it being our 20th year, 20th anniversary, exploring the underwater world and our passions. If helpful 1998-2018 can be included or est. 1998. cave. We have a huge history of exploration, conservation and education. I have even more reference images and links to helpful visuals once an idea is established or if needed in idea generation.
What to avoid
It’s not useful to use generic scuba images as our divers have a defined style. Shirt itself will not be white. Probably blue, black or grey.
